Calling policy
Effective 21 September 2026
Why Bytebuilder LLP may contact a business, how we identify ourselves, and how to stop further calls.
Prefer not to receive our calls? Tell our representative during a call or submit a do-not-call request. No account or purchase is required.
Who is calling and why
Bytebuilder LLP (LLPIN ADA-1797) is an India-based software and AI business. Our human representatives may make outbound calls from India to businesses in the United States to introduce our software products, AI services, and custom development capabilities. These may include introductory sales calls to businesses with which we have no existing relationship, as well as responses to enquiries and requested callbacks.
Calls are made by people. We do not use AI-generated or prerecorded voices for this outreach. Our representatives must identify Bytebuilder LLP and explain the business purpose at the start of a call. We do not claim that a person requested a call unless they did.
Contact sources and permission
Business contact details may come from an enquiry, a referral, a business website, or other lawful business sources. A publicly listed number, a business title, or a number labelled as a business number is not, on its own, proof of consent or an exemption from applicable calling rules.
Before calling, we must determine whether the call is permitted, obtain consent where required, and check applicable do-not-call restrictions and our internal suppression records. Our policy is to respect recipient-local calling-hour restrictions and use accurate caller identification. We do not use this website to collect consent for prerecorded or AI-voiced calls or SMS campaigns.
Requested callbacks
The contact form contains a separate, optional, unchecked request for a human-made call about the submitted enquiry. It is not required to submit a message or purchase services. When selected, we store the request wording, policy version, number, and submission time to document that preference.
Opting out
You can ask our caller to stop contacting your number. You can also submit your number, including country code, through the do-not-call form. The form immediately records your request in our website suppression records; our team must apply these records to its calling lists before further outreach. We do not charge a fee or require a reason.
An opt-out is not a marketing subscription and will not be used to send promotional messages. We retain minimal suppression information to help prevent future unwanted contact. This applies to Bytebuilder LLP, not to unrelated callers or a national registry.
Questions, unexpected calls, and complaints
If a call appears to be from us and you have a concern, use our contact form and choose “Report a call or raise a concern.” If available, include the date, approximate time, number contacted, and number displayed. Avoid including sensitive financial or identity details. We will review the information and take appropriate action.
Recording and information handling
If a call is to be recorded, required disclosures and consent must be obtained before recording begins. The website itself does not place or record calls. Read our Privacy Policy for information about business contact details, call metadata, service providers, and retention.
Provider and legal requirements
Our calling activities must follow applicable laws, recipient preferences, and the requirements of our telecommunications providers. Where Twilio is used, its Voice Services Policy also applies. A company website or business verification does not replace calling consent, screening, or other obligations.
