BYTEBUILDER LLP

Privacy policy

Effective 21 September 2026

How Bytebuilder LLP handles information shared through this website and during business communications.

1. Who we are

Bytebuilder LLP (LLPIN ADA-1797) is an India-based limited liability partnership that builds software products and provides AI services and custom AI and software development. This notice applies to bytebuilderllp.com and our business enquiries and outreach. Contact us through our contact form and select “Privacy or data request.”

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, company, service interests, message, and optional phone number when you contact us.
  • Calling preferences: the phone number and optional email submitted with an opt-out, and any optional callback request, including its wording, version, time, and reference number.
  • Business contact information: professional contact details you share with us or that may be obtained from business websites, public business listings, referrals, or other lawful business sources for relevant outreach.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider processes information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Our form protection stores a daily hash of a network address temporarily to limit abuse.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identity documents, or sensitive personal information through these forms.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver services, manage a business relationship, investigate concerns, secure our website, maintain consent records, and honor contact preferences. When applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the appropriate basis for the activity, such as steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate business interests where permitted.

A public business listing is not treated as consent to automated calls or messages. A contact form submission is not a general marketing subscription. An optional callback request applies to human-made calls about that enquiry.

4. Telephone communications

Our outbound business calls are made by human representatives. We do not use AI-generated or prerecorded voices for this outreach. We may use Twilio as a telephone service provider; connection information, phone numbers, and call metadata may be processed by the provider as needed to operate the service. If a call is to be recorded, the caller must first provide any notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

You can ask a caller to stop contacting you or use the do-not-call form. We use that information to maintain suppression records. This website does not operate an SMS marketing subscription.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information or share contact details with third parties for their independent marketing. We share information with service providers only as needed to host this website, store enquiries, support business communications, and deliver agreed services. Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, and form-data storage. Telecommunications providers such as Twilio may process call information when those services are used.

We may disclose information where legally required, to protect rights or prevent abuse, or as part of a lawful business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Callback consent and telephone opt-in information are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or marketing trackers. Fonts are hosted with the website. Our infrastructure provider may use security-related technologies where necessary to protect and deliver the service.

7. Retention and security

Website enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement, legal requirement, or dispute. Form rate-limit records are removed after approximately one day. We retain the minimum necessary do-not-call records for as long as needed to honor your preference; deleting an enquiry does not automatically erase a suppression record.

We use HTTPS, restricted access to stored form data, input validation, and abuse controls. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. International processing

We operate from India. Information may be processed in India and in countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate safeguards must apply to that processing.

9. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, request portability, or withdraw consent. Submit a request using our contact form. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority where that right applies.

Withdrawing callback consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may retain limited information when needed to meet legal obligations or ensure we do not contact you again.

10. Children and changes

Our website and services are intended for business users, not children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. We may update this notice as our services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
