This website is operated by Bytebuilder LLP, an India-based limited liability partnership (LLPIN ADA-1797). By using bytebuilderllp.com, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Questions can be submitted through our contact form.
2. Our services
We build software products and provide AI services, custom AI solutions, and software development. Content on this website describes our capabilities and is general information. Illustrative examples are not representations of completed client work or guaranteed results.
A website enquiry does not create a service contract, reserve development capacity, or obligate you to purchase. Deliverables, pricing, timelines, acceptance criteria, support, and any data-processing arrangements must be agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement before work starts. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
3. Appropriate use
You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and have permission to share any material you submit. Do not send malicious code, spam, unlawful content, confidential information belonging to others without permission, or sensitive credentials. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, or misuse its forms.

Submitting an enquiry allows us to respond about that enquiry. Providing a telephone number alone is not agreement to automated calls, texts, or a general marketing campaign. An optional callback request applies to human-made calls about the submitted enquiry and is not required to purchase services.
Our calling policy describes our business outreach. You can withdraw a callback request or ask us to stop calling through the do-not-call form or directly with our representative.
7. Fees, cancellations, and refunds
This website does not collect payments or sell services through an online checkout. Project fees, deposits, invoicing, cancellation, and refund arrangements are defined in the signed service agreement. These terms do not create a separate payment or refund promise.
8. Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may change or contain errors. The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
